AI Policy | Agent3Opt
Last updated: November 9, 2025
We document how generative AI assists our team, when human experts intervene, and what users can expect from the platform and content published by Agent3Opt. This policy reflects our commitment to transparency: we openly share our methodology so trust is earned, never assumed.
Effective date: 9 November 2025 · Maintained by Agent3Opt
Policy summary
Generative AI accelerates ideation, outlining, drafting, and fact aggregation across our product and content workflows. No customer-facing output (e.g. audit reports, recommendations, published articles) is delivered without human review, editing, and approval. We retain full accountability for accuracy, originality, compliance, and ethical usage.
Transparency principles
Our approach is to tell users and readers how work was done, disclose the role of tooling, and surface evidence that supports conclusions. The following principles govern how AI is integrated into Agent3Opt.
- Origin clarity: Users and readers should know who initiated an idea, who drafted or approved content, and how AI contributed.
- Tool attribution: When AI shapes ideation, analysis, or phrasing, we name the system and describe its role where appropriate.
- Evidence over opinion: Assertions in our content and recommendations are backed by sources, data, or reproducible methodology where possible.
- Version control: Significant updates to policies and key content are dated and explained; we maintain change logs where relevant.
How we use generative AI
Research and aggregation: AI systems help aggregate prior statements, public data, and technical references so our experts can validate and interpret information faster. Outputs are treated as leads, not unquestioned facts.
Drafting and refinement: Our team may use AI to propose outlines, tighten prose, or explore counterpoints. Final narratives and customer-facing text are re-written, structured, and approved by humans to ensure original voice and context fidelity.
Product features: Within the Agent3Opt platform, AI assists with tasks such as content suggestions, schema markup ideas, and audit summaries. These outputs are clearly presented as suggestions; users are responsible for reviewing and approving before use.
Compliance and quality checks: Internal tools may flag potential policy violations, missing disclosures, or unverified claims. A human reviewer resolves every alert before publishing or shipping.
Human governance and review
Each piece of published or customer-facing content is assigned to a responsible editor who confirms sourcing, fact integrity, and compliance with privacy and copyright. Sensitive topics (e.g. legal, financial, or medical guidance) receive additional expert or legal review where appropriate. We maintain logs that record who reviewed what and when. Corrections are published promptly with visible notes where applicable.
What AI does not do
Generative AI does not publish autonomously on behalf of Agent3Opt. It does not approve audits, set or change pricing, modify customer data without human action, or push code to production. It acts as a co-pilot that our team interrogates and validates, not an oracle we defer to.
Disclosure standards
Where we publish content that materially benefited from AI (e.g. blog posts, guides), we disclose that use where appropriate—for example in bylines, footnotes, or a linked policy such as this one. We identify which parts of the work benefited from AI (research, outline, drafting, etc.), name the primary tools used where relevant, and affirm human review and accountability for accuracy and originality.
