AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) credits are used when we probe AI engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and AI Mode on your behalf. Each engine uses a different number of credits per query — for example, ChatGPT uses 5 credits and Perplexity uses 3. Your monthly AEO credit pool determines how many AI answers we can analyze for your brand.

SEO credits power Google SERP queries and rank tracking via the Cloro API. Audit credits fuel deep site audits — they cover Deepcrawl page crawling, competitor analysis, and OpenAI-powered issue detection and fix planning. Both pools reset monthly.

Starter includes AI Mode and ChatGPT. Professional adds Perplexity, Gemini, and Copilot. Agency unlocks all 8 engines including Grok and more.

Yes. The Professional plan comes with a 7-day free trial so you can experience the full feature set. Starter starts at $20/mo with no long-term commitment.

Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from the Billing & Usage page. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period.

Credits reset at the start of each billing month and do not roll over. Professional and Agency plans have pay-as-you-go overages available if you need more credits beyond your monthly allocation.

On plans without overages (Starter), actions pause until credits reset next month. On Professional and Agency plans with overages enabled, you can continue using the platform and overage charges are billed at the end of the period. You can also set a spend cap to control overage costs.

All plans include Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Bing Webmaster Tools, PageSpeed Insights, and Google Business Profile integrations. These sync daily to feed your analytics and audit pipeline with real data from your properties.
