Common issues and how to fix them.
Account and login
If you can't sign in, check that you're using the same provider (Google or Bing) you used at sign-up. Clear cookies for this site and try again. See Build and Run for env details.
Audits and data
If an audit is stuck or fails, check that the required API keys (e.g. OpenAI, Firecrawl) are set in your environment. For real data, ensure Supabase and any integration credentials are valid. Re-running an audit will retry from the last successful step. If visibility data is missing, confirm that visibility probes have been run and that your prompt library has prompts.
